Skate sessions

Our roots are in coming together for open skate sessions, bringing together community and sharing what we love most.

We currently offer open skate sessions twice a week at Addis Skatepark and Hawassa Skatepark and host street skate sessions every Sunday.

gear exchange

With no major skateboard distributors in East Africa, we do our best to keep our community rolling by providing equipment and resources.

Thanks to supporters worldwide, we have been able to provide over 1500 donated skateboards to keep our community rolling.

If you have access to decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, shoes or helmets we’d love to hear from you.

Skatepark Construction

We formed in 2013 with the goal of building our nation’s first skatepark. One decade later, we have constructed 4 skateparks in 3 cities across Ethiopia.

We are committed to building skateparks as a means of fostering youth empowerment, promoting physical activity, and cultivating community engagement. Our skatepark construction initiatives aim to:

Create Safe Spaces: We believe that every young person deserves access to safe and inclusive spaces where they can pursue their passion for skateboarding without fear or restriction.

Promote Physical Activity: Skateboarding is not just a sport; it's a lifestyle based on movement, coordination, and mental well-being. By building skateparks, we encourage healthy lifestyles among Ethiopian youth.

Build Community: Skateparks serve as gathering places where young people can connect, collaborate, and build relationships. We aim to strengthen communities through the creation of vibrant skateboarding hubs.
